Hello,

Please be aware that Voxin+Vocalizer 3.3rc5 not render yet the
annotations which are required for the voice lock mode).

A new speech server will bring the Vocalizer voices though.

Very little free time available.
Oralux could contribute modestly to a bounty if it helps.

I guess that a new speech server dedicated to Voxin 3.x could be
implemented in one week.
A speech server for speech-dispatcher will be more costly (2 weeks?) but
will bring other features.
