Anyone Using Midi Icons?

I have not used midi icons in over 3 years.

With ALSA support available, and a couple of solutions for
producing beeps where ALSA is not available, it is now time to
remove the code that produces midi icons since I dont see it
as being useful.

If you use midi icons, please speak up within the next week --
