Process speaker not running

Hi

Yes - another Process speaker not running problem, which
has me totally stumped.

I'm using emacspeak-14.0 on a Sun system (Solaris 8)
SunOS system-name 5.8 Generic_108528-07 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-250

I've set the environmental variables as stated in the archives
to no avail:

DTK_OS=solaris
DTK_PORT=/dev/ttya
DTK_PROGRAM=dtk-exp
DTK_TCL=/usr/local/bin/tcl
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib

When I run emacs (invoking emacspeak from the .emacs file) I get
