erc-speak.el -- Speech enable ERC Internet Relay Chat Client

the erc chat client is speech-enabled by module
emacspeak-erc.el in 14.0


Please check your code against that module, and if there is
added functionality in what you wrote, mail me the patches
for integration into the emacspeak-erc module.
