IBM viavoice: dependencies and warranty

the viavoice....sdk.rpm has a failed dependency:    libXm.so.1
where is the rpm that is needed? 

I am using mandrake 7.0 a fairly recent distribution.

Does the product fail to work after 90 days as the license suggests?
