Changing DTK_server's parameters from Emacspeak

Hello, listers!
Am I wrong that with Emacspeak, one can only change rate and nothing else?
Of course, I don't consider punctuation modes and alike. WHich file should
be edittted to change other parameters, such as volume, tone, pitch and
default voices?
