Hi blinuxers,
Vincent does development of the MBROLA speech synhtesizer.
Please help him in improving the MBROLA EMACSPEAK link and
respond to his questions about connectivity between MBROLA and EMACSPEAK.
Enjoy!

Subject: Re: Mbrola Compatibility
Hi Hans,
as requested by EmacsSpeak users I've included a signal handler in the
standalone Mbrola version.
So now when you send signal -16 (USR1) it generates a reset_Parser message
(the result of which is read the complete input until EOF, or FLUSH symbol).
The problem is that I can't really test this myself in real conditions, so it
would be great if som of you could be a beta tester and test the binary before
other potential users.
=> Is the behavior above mentioned ok ?
=> Is the signal number ok ?
=> what is your binary platform?
Of course there are other enhancement in MBROLA 3.01d , but I've not written
the updated documentation yet :-/
Vincent
