Re: emacspeak for windows?
You can find ERC at http://sourceforge.net/projects/erc
Be sure to use the CVS version. The released version 2.1 is quite old compared
to current CVS. We plan to do a release soon, hopefully even with a info
manual included.
On debian sid or woody, just do apt-get install erc
