Re: RPM package of Emacspeak12.0

emacspeak.conf --since it is part of the emacspeak config
utility --should not  be touched by the emacspeak rpm.

I suggest you build an rpm for the emacspeak config package
if you feel like it --and 
someone who wants to configure emacspeak using that config
tool  can
install it  --and have rpm know that file emacspeak.conf
belongs to that package.
