[Emacspeak] Error configuring Emacspeak

On my new Ubuntu machine, I installed the required packages, then
downloaded and unpacked Emacspeak in my home folder.

I changed to the emacspeak directory, and typed "make config" and them
"made." I got these errors. How do I fix them?
