New org versino conflict with hydra-ox bindings

Hi Raman,

looking into updating my org setup for the new Org 9.2.0 release.

One of the things that has changed in 9.2.0 is the template system for block templates. The new solution is a lot more flexible and powerful, but it does have a new key binding C-c C-,

Unfortunately, this is also the key binding used by hydra-ox.el and this library is being loaded by emacspeak-hydra.el. This will possibly cause issues when people upgrade to org 9.2.0 (it is now the version in the org elpa repository). I think either we should

1. bind the hydra-ox.el hydra to a different key binding
2. Don't load the library and leave it to the user to decide if they want the hydra-ox.el hydras.

Personally, I think we should not load the package, but put a note about it in the documentation so that users know ti is there and can be loaded if they need it. I find the built in org dispatcher adequate, so never use the hydra.
