Bug: Error On HEAD When Opening a File In Org In a Directory That Doesn't Exist

Hi,
Here are the steps to reproduce:
1. Visit a file in a directory that doesn’t exist and ends with .org. For example, C-x C-f ~/somedir/someotherdir/somefile.org RET.
2. Press M-x. Nothing will happen.
If you manage to get to the *Messages* buffer, you’ll see this, with your own test path:
Error in minibuffer-exit-hook (emacspeak-minibuffer-exit-hook): (file-error "Setting current directory" "No such file or directory" "/Users/pdoustdar/dropbox/notes/misc/")
Thanks!
