Thanks.  Being in contrib, is there a more correct way to use it than
this: 

1. after building and installing emacspeak, copy emacspeak-bmk-mgr.el to
somewhere in the emacspeak/lisp directory, if the user has permissions
and to somewhere under $HOME if not.

2.  Byte compile the file

3. add the following line, or something like it  to .emacs:

(load-file "~/share/emacs/site-lisp/emacspeak/lisp/emacspeak-bmk-mgr.elc")

4. enjoy

Just to be clear for someone else reading this, it is not necessary for
the file to be byte compiled.  It will work either way.

Also, I didn't really change anything concerning the copyright in the
head of the file.  If I should have taken blame for this file, let me
know and I will change the information.
