espeak tts bugs:

I suspect these are bugs in the TTS layer of espeak.

It appears to hit errors when speaking numbers -- try the
emacspeak home page with espeak talking. For instance, it says
5.0 when speaking 25.0 in that page; unclear what is causing it
to lose the 2.

Similarly, try svnversion and have it say the revision number;
you'll notice you lose a digit.
it says 43a5 or something equally goofy:-)
