Could you please compile eSpeak 1.18 using PortAudio V19 instead of
V18: V19 is capable of using Alsa.

There are two preliminary stages for building eSpeak using V19:
* please install the libportaudio2 package
* In the eSpeak src directory, copy portaudio19.h to portaudio.h.
